Mainland China, Pune adopts a lighter, more playful approach to its interiors, incorporating a strong graphic language alongside contemporary material choices, much in contrast to its Mumbai counterpart. The spatial design is fresh and vibrant, with an emphasis on openness and visual storytelling.
Graphic wall panels featuring abstracted Chinese motifs introduce a bold, dynamic layer to the space, while textured plaster and terrazzo surfaces provide a softer, more approachable backdrop. Custom-designed furniture integrates light wood finishes, woven elements, and subtle metallic details, creating a refined yet relaxed dining environment. The lighting is designed to accentuate the graphical elements, enhancing their presence without overwhelming the space.
The overall aesthetic is a modern reinterpretation of traditional Chinese design, offering an inviting and visually engaging atmosphere where culture and contemporary expression seamlessly merge.
